USPS Shipping Fees will be calculated in your shopping cart as you begin to proceed with your Aromasence purchase.
You will know the exact shipping cost before you buy, so there are no surprises.
At http://www.aromasence.com we only charge between $6.00 - $10, for USPS shipments on orders up to $59.99
If you prefer Next Day delivery via FedEx we will also base those fees on the $ amount of your order.
(This is below our actual cost in many cases - but we think our Aromasence customers deserve it!)

Most Aromasence orders will ship within 1-3 business days of placing your order.
Your Aromasence order will be shipped via USPS, Parcel Post or First Class, unless you select an alternative method.
We also offer FedEx if you prefer Next Day delivery with appropriate fees for that special service.
Shipping generally takes 3-5 business days to arrive to East Coast and Upper Central States, and can take up to 7 business days to arrive at West Coast and Lower Central US shipping destinations.
Please note that USPS nor FedEx delivers on Holidays or Sunday. Orders placed on Friday after 1:30 PM will likely be shipped the following Tuesday.
Any Aromasence orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
If 2-day or 3-day shipping is selected, we will do everything possible to get your order out the same day, however, during our peak season please allow up to 2 business days for order processing.
Expedited Orders placed during normal business hours on Friday will likely be shipped the following Monday.

RETURN POLICY:
We offer 100% satisfaction guaranteed as long as products are returned unopened.
The item(s) must be returned within 10 business days of our shipping date to you.
We will reimburse you for the cost of the items you bought. We will also pay for the shipping fees TO you, but we do NOT reimburse you for the shipping fees to send the items back to us.
We only reimburse for products that remain unopened. We insist you e-mail us and clearly state the reason(s) why you will return the item, but you MUST get our approval in advance of your shipping it back to us.
DAMAGED SHIPMENT
If our products are defective in some way due to damage sustained in shipping, save all the shipping materials and do not use the product.
Please contact us so we can report the damage to USPS. Be sure to always inspect the packages at the time of receipt. If you receive a package that has been damaged, make sure you report this to your carrier.
If we do need to authorize a return for any reason, please make sure the items are packed in the original manner so damage does not occur. If there is damage due to inadequate packaging during the return process, no credit will be issued.
